1. Data Controller
Pursuant to Article 10 of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the data controller is İlegra Ltd. Şti. ("İlegra", "we", "us"), with registered address Mutlukent Mah. 1964. Sk. 41/1, Çankaya / Ankara, Türkiye.
This notice explains which personal data we process, for what purposes, on which legal grounds, with whom we share it, how long we retain it, and the rights you have as the data subject.
2. Personal Data We Process
Depending on your interaction with us, we may process the following categories of personal data:
- Identity data: full name, company / title.
- Contact data: email address, telephone number, mailing address.
- Customer transaction data: project briefs, correspondence, invoicing records.
- Visit / interaction data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, referrer URL.
- Marketing data: communication preferences, responses to campaigns.

- Responding to your enquiries and requests;
- Performing services we have agreed to deliver;
- Issuing invoices and meeting financial / tax obligations;

4. Legal Grounds
We rely on the following legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK:
- Your explicit consent, where required;
- It being necessary for the performance or conclusion of a contract;
- Our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not overridden;
- Compliance with our legal obligations under Turkish law.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
We may share your personal data with authorised public institutions where required by law, with our hosting and analytics providers (acting as data processors), and with our legal / financial advisors. Transfers abroad take place only where the recipient country provides adequate protection or where appropriate safeguards are in place, in line with KVKK Articles 8 and 9.
6. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above and in line with statutory retention periods. After that, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data are processed;
- Request information on processing, if so;
- Learn the purpose and whether data are used appropriately;
- Know the third parties to whom data are transferred;
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
- Request deletion or destruction within the framework of KVKK;
- Object to automated decisions that produce an unfavourable result;
- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
